At NoiretBlanche, every order is prepared with care and intention. Please review the details below to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery experience.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During new launches or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Domestic Shipping
We ship domestic orders via USPS and UPS. Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.
Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delivery is outside of our control. NoiretBlanche is not responsible for carrier delays, including weather-related or operational disruptions.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via DHL Express.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by their country
Once an international order has been handed to DHL, NoiretBlanche is not responsible for delays, customs processing times, or carrier-related issues.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

NoiretBlanche is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or marked as delivered by the carrier

All shipments include limited carrier insurance (up to $100, when applicable)

For lost or damaged packages, claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier
We’re happy to assist by providing documentation if needed.
Tracking Information
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment. For international orders, tracking may pause while packages are in customs.
If your package has passed the estimated delivery date, we recommend contacting the carrier directly for the most accurate status.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly and cannot be edited or fully refunded once placed. If an order is canceled, it will be canceled only as store credit, in accordance with our return policy. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
Combined Orders & Shipping Refunds
When possible, we’re happy to combine multiple orders placed within a close timeframe.

Orders that have already been fulfilled (shipping label created) cannot be combined

Order consolidation is subject to fulfillment status and cannot be guaranteed
Complimentary Shipping Eligibility

Complimentary shipping applies to one order totaling $150 or more

Separate orders cannot be combined to meet this minimum
When Orders Are Combined

If one order independently qualifies for complimentary shipping, additional shipping fees from combined unfulfilled orders will be refunded

If no order reaches the minimum, orders may still be combined and all but one shipping fee will be refunded
Optional Shipping Protection
Optional shipping protection or return coverage (if offered at checkout) is available and recommended for added peace of mind.
