Returns & Store Credit
At NoiretBlanche, each piece is thoughtfully selected, and we hope it becomes something you truly cherish. If for any reason your purchase doesn’t feel quite right, we invite you to review the information below before requesting a return.
Return Window
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed since your order arrived, we’re unable to offer a return.
Once a return has been initiated and approved, items must be shipped back within 4 days. Packages scanned by the carrier after this window will be returned to the sender.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Returned exactly as received
All approved returns are issued as store credit. At this time, we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Only regularly priced items are eligible for return. The following are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit:

Return Review Process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming its arrival and whether it has been approved.
If approved, store credit will be issued to your account within a few business days. If a return does not meet our eligibility requirements, it may be declined and returned to the sender.
Shipping Your Return
If your order included free returns through Redo, you may initiate your return directly through our return portal here.
If free returns were not selected at checkout:
You can still use the Redo portal and purchase a return shipping label. They will find you the best rate possible.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method or adding insurance for items valued over $75. While rare, we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Order Consolidation
If multiple orders are placed and have not yet been fulfilled, we’re happy to combine them into a single shipment so you are only charged once for shipping.
An order is considered fulfilled once a shipping label has been created and a tracking email has been sent. Orders that have already been fulfilled cannot be combined, and shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Order consolidation applies solely to shipping convenience and cannot be used to meet the free shipping minimum. However, if one order independently qualifies for free shipping, any additional shipping charges from combined unfulfilled orders will be refunded.
